    Privacy Policy

How Conservatories Glasgow collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us through this website.

What personal data do we collect?

We collect the details you enter into our quote or contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the conservatory style you are considering, and any project details you choose to type.

    Why do we collect it?

We use your details solely to prepare your quotation and to deliver our conservatory design and installation service.

We do not use the information for general marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your project.

What is our legal basis for processing?

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit either the quote form or the contact form on this site.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. If you become a customer, some processing is also necessary for the performance of our contract with you and to meet our legal obligations.

Who do we share your data with?

Nobody. Your details are never sold, rented, or passed to third-party installers, lead sellers, or marketing lists.

Conservatories Glasgow designs and installs every project ourselves, using our own in-house team. We are not a referral network or quote-matching service.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your details for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and if you become a customer, for the duration of our work together and for as long afterwards as we are required to by law.

That includes periods required for tax, accounting, and warranty records. Once those periods expire, we delete or anonymise the information.

    Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable.

    • Access the personal data we hold about you
    • Request correction of inaccurate information
    • Request erasure of your data in certain circumstances
    • Restrict or object to our processing
    • Withdraw your consent at any time
    • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk

    Cookies and tracking

When you first arrive we ask you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Nothing beyond what the site needs to run is stored unless you say yes.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or retargeting scripts, and analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. Your answer is kept in your own browser so we do not have to ask you again.

    • Which cookie categories you accepted or rejected
    • The date and time you made the choice, and when you last changed it
    • The version of the notice you were shown, together with a link to this policy

    Changing your cookie choice

You can change your mind at any time using the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of every page.

Switching analytics off takes effect immediately, including in any other tab you have open, and stops any analytics script that was already loaded. Withdrawing consent never deletes your record — we keep the fact that you declined.
