    Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you request a quotation or instruct Conservatories Glasgow to design and install your conservatory, orangery or garden room.

    Who we are

Conservatories Glasgow designs, supplies and installs conservatories, orangeries and garden rooms directly, using our own team.

We are not a referral, lead-generation or quote-matching service. When you instruct us, the contract is between you and Conservatories Glasgow.

    Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are fixed in writing before any work starts.

A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information you provide and the specifications agreed at the time. Any changes to the scope after acceptance may require a revised quotation.

    Contracts and payments

The exact contract terms for your project, including deposit percentage, staged payment schedule and workmanship warranty length, are set out in your individual written quotation and contract.

Those figures vary by project and are agreed in writing before work begins, so they are not stated as fixed numbers on this website.

    Insurance and credentials

We hold public liability insurance and the relevant trade certifications for our installation team.

Details of our current insurance and certifications are available on request before any contract is signed.

    Cancellation rights

Your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, together with any project-specific cancellation terms, are set out in your written quotation and contract.

Please read those documents carefully. If you are unsure about any term, ask us before you sign.

    Governing law

These terms and any contract between you and Conservatories Glasgow are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
